I hereby acknowledge that the GreenPlumbers Training & Accreditation Program is an individual training program designed to increase my awareness of water and energy conservation products and methods of installation. Upon completion of this course, I will be entitled to present myself to my employer and my employer's customers as an Accredited GreenPlumber, however, my completion of this course does not confer any right to my employer or my company to use the GreenPlumbers trademarked logo and business model. I understand that information regarding logo use and GreenPlumbers licensing is available at www.greenplumbersusa.com. If you are unable to attend the course for which you have registered, another person may be sent in your place without cost. You must notify GreenPlumbers of the change via phone or e-mail. Transfers are not permitted once the course has commenced. If you notify GreenPlumbers of cancellation (phone, fax, letter, or e-mail) a full ten (10) business days prior to the date of the course, a full refund will be paid. 4-10 business days notice of withdrawal is allowed with 50% refund of the course fee. Less than 4 business days notice, there will be no refund and all fees are payable for new courses. GreenPlumbers reserves the right to cancel workshops for any reason. If a course is cancelled by GreenPlumbers, a full refund of the registration fee will be paid. GreenPlumbers is not responsible for travel or lodging cost incurred as a result of cancellation.
